Default Changing Handlebars on a 2010 Streetglide

I want to change the bars on the bike but am a little hesitant if I have to remove the Inner Fairing. I know I have to remove the outer fairing and the fairing cap and ignition switch. I checked the service manual and it says nothing about removing the Inner Fairing, but a couple of friends of mine said that they are pretty sure that I would have to remove the Inner Fairing. Just need to know for sure before I start the job.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks......................

You do not need to remove it, but you need to remove the radio

you do not need to remove radio. I installed 13" prime apes and didnt have to touch the radio. Outer fairing, nacelle and ignition only. I have instructions with pics here https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...reetglide.html

would you mind sending out the info again? had the bars replaced a month ago, now I"m having coding problems and a limp throttle, so I guess I have to take it apart myself, I have the outer fairing off, and looks like the radio for sure maybe more has to come out
