Did you contact V&H w/this problem...maybe thre's a missing part for your exhaust install, they sent incorrect system, or are they installed correctly???
I ran a V & H Pro Pipe on my RK and did not have this problem with the header pipe. Loosen everything up and make sure you've got the front pipe properly seated in the Cyclinder. Sounds to me that you've got the front header pipe skewed a bit.
