Has anyone installed the NON-adjustable driver backrest on a Limited with stock seat?
Which set of holes on the mounting bracket (52589-09A) did you use?
The rear most holes make the backrest arms push against the front of the seat hole and the 2nd set of holes makes them push against the rear of the seat hole. I settled on the rear most hole as it pressed against the seat hole less.
The backrest (with correct mount) fit my 05 Ultra a lot better. The backrest arms fit the seat hole perfectly centered.
Have a 2010 limited with hammock seat and adjustable backrest. Did not fit at all. Had a machine shop weld the mount and elongate the holes. Fits nice. Sucks Harley parts dont fit with Harley parts.
