I have them on my 05 RKC and love them. the sound is great. Not to loud as to be obnoxious when just crusing around, but when you crank the throttle WFO they open up and roar. I've only heard other people riding my bike 2-3 times but i get the grins every time.

Uh, I guess I really like the Rineharts.

Depends on what inserts you are running.

At idle and normal cruise around 60, they are deep and sound great-not too loud. Had a friend ride it down my street and it sounded awesome. But at 80 mph up the interstate they are too loud. Seem to be worse on certain types of pavement with a secondary chirping sound when on solid concrete roadways. At WFO, they'll make your ears bleed. Don't get me wrong, I love these pipes but am going to have to find a way to quiet them down. My ears ring after a couple of hundred on the interstate and my wife says she won't ride it with them on.

When you purchase Rineharts, do you get to choose which baffle you get or do they not come with any at all?

Can't choose but you can also order the performance baffles separately. The new system comes with 2.25" baffles and the optional performance USED to be 2.50" but with the new style they are same as stock baffles (2.25). Just a small difference in cut and design is all to them. I called BUB tech about the performance ones cause I knew the old style ones were louder in tone being larger in diameter but he said the new style performance has about the same sound. The quiet baffles for the new style haven't been developed yet.
