Default Backfire on upshift help

I have had the worst luck with this stage 1 upgrade. I started with a PCV, gutted headpipe with thunderheader slipon and SE AC. 2010 Streetglide.
Had mad decel pop issues. Got a few revised maps which helped a lil bit. Now I got the Power Vision as a sort of present for holidays thinking that would help tune it in more.
Now after a few revised maps the decel pop is much more manageable, but I have a backfire when upshifting. My ride to work is only 15-20 miles and I must have backfired on upshift at least a half dozen times on way in this morning.
I double checked flange bolts last night and mounting hardware from headpipe to muffler and all seems good and tight.
Anyone have any other ideas what could be the cause of this? Damn thing sound like chitty chitty bang bang when she gets hot in city stop and go traffic.

If you got the map from Fuelmoto, have Jamie back off the decel enleanment. Even if you didnt get it from him, I'm sure he'd be glad to help you out.

I have the same issue with my 2011 that even with fuel moto and power commanders help have not been able to remedy.
I just installed the fuel moto header a few weeks back and dont have a lot of seat time with it to see if its gone but know i hard it at least twice.
I have no leaks anywhere either.
Im suscribed here to follow along.

2010 SG with PV from fuelmoto, Jamie sent me a map that worked great. No up-shift pop sometimes slight pop on deceleration that is 100% less then it was prior to the PV. What gas are you running? I only use Chevron 91. Have you looked at spark plugs?

Ive been getting maps from FM. I was talking to someone at the local dealer and they asked what the plugs looked like. I pulled one out and showed em and he said its way to lean. Heres a pic of the plug. Does this seem to lean?

Is the pop (backfire) under hard acceleration or just anytime?

Im running a PV from FM and it took 3 MAPs from Jamie to get 99% of it gone. The bike runs strong, no decel pop unless Im at the rev limiter (redline) and kick it down a gear and then it may only pop once or twice. But under hard acceleration shifting at WOT and at or near the limiter I was getting a loud pop. Part of it I believe is the TBW delay, because if I slightly slow down the shift and be sure to completely close the throttle between shifts no pop.

It was much worse with the Dealer Download.

You could also run a few data logging runs and self tune off the base MAP. If your not comfortable doing that contact Jamie and you can arrange to e mail him your Data logs and base MAP and he will correct it for you

I'm thinking maybe your not letting off the throttle all the way due to the position of your handlebars. Try repositioning your TBW down a couple of notches.
My first guess would be what Keithu said and call Jamie or just set your 0 column +15 up to 5000 rpm.

That plug is perfect. Who'd you talk to at the dealer? The motorclothes lady, or the janitor perhaps?

Odds are that you have a leak in your exhaust system.
Check all connections
