I've never been too worried about getting anything "fixed" on the road.I had to travel 700 mi. round trip to buy my 1st Harley in 1973 so being tethered to a shop has never been a big deal.I expect it to be the same with the Vision,it's only a 400 mi. round trip to the shop.
As far as cost per mile comparison, let's see the Limited $25.6 k + $2k (in ac,exhaust, tuner, dyno tune) 80 hp/98 ft lbs, 40 mpg vs Vision $20.8k,84 hp/95 ft lbs 43 mpg ( I may fork over $700 for exhaust,ac,stage 1 down load which will put me up somewheres of 94 hp/106 ft. lbs) anyway you'll have to do the math on that one.No troll here I've been on the forum for 4 yrs. 6 Harleys 220,000 great miles,42 states. No newbie on the Vic forums either, come on over for a spirited debate.
