rk10, where are you located? Doc is a TTS MasterTune trainer. If you are not able to visit his shop he well let you know if he has trained anyone in your area.
What tuner did you use for your air/oil cooled BMW?
Not to totally derail this thread, but so far it looks like there isn't much out there. They have the same sort of snake oil available as the XIEDs (they're called "booster plugs" or "lambda plugs"), and there are a couple of people running PCVs. From what I can tell, there's no way of reflashing the Beemer ECM. I'll have to call Jamie and see if the Powervision will work with it, otherwise I'll probably give the PCV a shot.

I was just joking, don't think it needs a tuner despite not being liquid cooled and meeting EPA regs. Hint, hint, HD engineers...
I'm with Twinrider --- go somewhere else. I have an SE on my Ultra. Got new pipes, got rid of the cat, and the guy who tuned it said he prefers that Mastertune over SE, but he can work with anything. Ended up keeping the SE because I already owned it.

they are moving the boxers towards liquid cooling. I have had 3 oilhead boxers and love them but they suffer from epa leaness too. Wunderlich has a tuner but it is like a dj pc.
Go with the TTS.Dont be put off if the instructions sound confusing. Its much easier when you have the unit and work your way through it.Once you have done it a couple of times it becomes a lot easier.
