Just got home from work.... I appreciate the input..... im from the Dayton, Ohio area...... this stuff does confuse me some.... but I see from your posts there is a lot of info available... i guess its easier to posts and ask a question than it is to do research .... lol.... the bike seems to run really well except for some decel popping... but changing slip-ons i was wondering if it would affect the tune.... I do want to stay with the TTS since it is already paid for..... i will do some reading.... i dont want to change dealers .... but i would for just a tune if somebody has a recommendation for a dealer or a indy....
its nice to be able to ask a question without leaving the house and get some answers and opinions...... your input is appreciated.
THX.

In the reading, first thing to do is save the "original configuration" it is a .MTE file. Store this in a save place. Do this before putting any TTS map in your ECM. Do this and all will be good.
I have been using TTS for about 4 years. I VTune my own bike. I have for a set of cams, exhaust and air cleaner. This last build was 107ci, Woods 777 cams, ported heads with larger valves, bored out throttle body, larger injectors and an exhaust change.
I start out with a map that is as close to my build as possible, than modify it for displacement, injector size, and cam. From there I start doing VTune runs till the bike is running very well. Last I run it into the local dyno and have them check to make sure I'm not lean anywhere, and finally work on the WOT area of the maps. This may not get you the largest dyno numbers, but it will get you a bike that rides great. Remember we don't ride dyno sheets.

I'll wager that 'saving the original map' was already done, and he either was given the map by the dealer... or it's gone.

The TTS tunes just like the SE(rt) or SE(st)... because up until a couple years ago, the TTS=SERT/SEST.. written by the same company.

So, yes they do know how to use it... they just don't want to. Really tho, it's not hard to get used to... just read the **** out of the manual a few times and get familiar with the terms they're throwing at ya. No biggee..

I run the TTS also...

My Fuel Pak was stolen, so I need to replace it. My 2013 48 ran great with it,I bought it from my HD dealer who highly recommended it, but from what I'm reading the TTS is first choice, second would be the Power Commander. Anyone have experience with the Cobra? It's $599 at J&P Cycles, info says it checks and calibrates 80 times per second. HD wants $700 for SERT and dyno!

$700 isn't bad for tuner and dyno. Only $100 more than cobra add-on with no dyno??? If ya are looking save some $ call fuel moto for a canned map on a power vision.
