Just got a update. They was having problems with the Drag Specialties clutch cable I ordered. Frank upgraded me to magnum black pearl on the clutch cable at no charge and sold me a set of PM contour grips for $75. Seem like they are on top of it. Glad I wasnt so quick to drag em thru the mud.
Ordered a couple of the K&P Stainless Steel oil filters and they responded over the weekend with a few confirmation e-mails. Looking forward to the good service mentioned on here.
Received a order confirmation by e-mail and they offered to include a couple of gaskets and might even honor the HD Forum discount as well. I asked after the fact of the order being placed. Seems like a stand up company. Waiting on a shipping confirmation and tracking as of this posting. I will update as my order progresses.

I've ordered from DHP three times in the last few months. Lowest prices I could find and quick shipping. Mustang Seat and Supertrapp pipes. No issues whatsoever.
Ordered a set of Progressive Monotubes about 10 days ago. Paid via Paypal but since Im in Canada they needed to send me shipping cost/invoice. Took a few days, I emailed them and then they sent the invoice. Payed the shipping invoice via Paypal again and then received an email that order shipped but no tracking #. Called them yesterday, no issue with getting through, and they didn't seem to know what happened to the order but would send another out ASAP with a free pair of gloves in my size!! Who knew!! Already have the confirmation about order and that it is shipped with tracking #. The way I see it stuff can happen but it is key to keep in touch with the customer. This is my first order with them and they were more than helpful on the phone and apologetice, so lets see what happens if I get to deliveries. And I didn't know about the Forum discount either.
Do they just pick and choose who they wanna respond to?
They'll eventually get back to you if your persistent enough and then say sorry, we didn't get your email/message, lost/wrong tracking, what can we do to make you happy blah blah blah....
Just curious, Has anyone ever received tracking info from them without having to bust a blood vessel?
Dragging a forum sponsor through the mud without knowing all the facts is bad form, bordering on "crybaby" tactics. I have never ordered from DHP nor do I have any affiliation at all with the company, but I have a few comments about what has been revealed through a few of these posts.
This company has been in business for a long time and has proven that it "can" deliver and "does" deliver. There are explanations for everything. You want it cheap, you want it fast, and you want it now, you want individual spoon feeding, you want notification, you want tracking, you want to be rubbed and stroked, me, me, me, me, etc.. Really?
I have yet to read of a case where an order was not filled at or beyond expectations. Not one instance.
For those of you that think you are their only customer, maybe you should re-evaluate your "me-myself-and I first" status. And BTW, the world does not rotate around you.
Dan is obviously concerned about some of the comments and is taking measures to improve. Can those of you with the issues please give him and the team at DHP a chance? Isn't that what you would want if you were in Dan's position? What does DHP have to gain if they do not follow-through with orders? Think about it. These are real people bringing us real products at good prices...can't you cut them a little bit of slack for goodness sake? OR should I go ahead and call the waaaam-bu-lance for a couple of you?

You can call the waaaam-bu-lance for me cause I'm not going anywhere!!
People that are shelling out big bucks for parts deserve to get "good customer service" or "rubbed and stroked as you say"!!
Do yourself a favor and do some research before getting all pissy...
