Default SE Pro Tuner question

I used the Smart Tune feature to record data. I was able to download the data/recording to my laptop. But, I can't seem to get it to update the original config table. The manual is a little vague. Any thoughts?

Default use laptop to activate it

did u have it hooked up to the laptop to start the record and then push button on module to record-was the red light blinking as u thought u were recording then i kill bike with kill switch but dont turn off before u try to download the data -- did it give it a save name to your computer hd files

Hmm...I did download over 2,200 frames of a recording; but it doesn't seem to want to merge or display the data as a table.

Yes I can do that, but how do I save it or merge it to a map?

click the tuning fork. open the file that you last loaded into the VCI. in the left you will see VE front & VE rear. click on this to open more choices. hold left click over smarttune and drag over one of the four windows available, do the same for the other. you will see ADD NEW. click there and find the data run recording(s) you made to enter them. then click generate in each front and rear, then update in each and save the new map, then load back into the VCI

Sounds like you are in basic instead of advanced mode.

Yes, I am in basic. Wasn't sure if I could load a "canned map" in advanced.
