I know these speakers have been discussed in the past but I finally broke down and bought and installed the “HOGTUNES” speakers and that is one of the best $100. I have spent.
These speakers are the way to go, I do not have any distortion even at full volume. I didn’t have any idea of how much musie and sound I was missing with the old stock speakers. The clarity and over all sound is awesome

I bought the kit from Hog tunes with the Amp. Ichanged out my front speakers and added the rear Hog Tunes to my 06 Electric Glide Classic. What a difference! Great service from Pez and fast shipping.
I readHD forums every day and Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their informative posts. Because of your posts I tried the CD player and found that it did skip. I just had my radio changed by the dealer because of the CD skipping. thanks again.

The software upgrades are sent to the dealer by the Moco, and the dealer is supposed to do this free of charge at every service. If I read V8.11 upgrade description right, there could be some legal implications as the CB may not have complied with the FCC rules--but this upgrade takes care of it all. V 8.9 seemed to turn the radio up alot---it makes no sense to me that they would turn the radio up almost a year after the new radio was out. Someone was worried about something...........and for the record, it makes NO sense why they went to a 2 ohm speaker.
I talk to loads of customers who know nothing about these updates--to date, I have only spoken to 2 customers where the dealer did it for them without asking
On another note, I would like to thank everone for the kind words about our products. 2 years in, Sue and I still get a charge when people have our stuff on their bikes, let alone make such positive posts on forums about them! The holidays will be a crazy time for us, so Ill take this time to wish all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS! Have a Great holiday season and RIDE SAFE!

Thx Pez!!! if I hadn't searched all the forums on the net I would not of found the HogTunes. these are great speakers.
