Default Electrical Help Please

1. Replaced bars with Yaffe.
2. Blacked out parts and put back together.
3. After all put together, started fine.
4. Tail light and signals did not work.
5. Tried to fix signal, connections weren't line up between bulb and socket, was also sparking in there as I was moving them around.
6. Got them lined up, bulb blinked twice and blew a fuse. Replaced fuse.
7. Now, two big gauges don't light up, blinkers don't work (not even the indicators which used to), and doesn't start.

What the heck did I do and what do I need to look for to fix? I'm a total rookie at this and need any advice I can get. Thanks guys!!!

Steve

Sorry for the duplicate post, just dying for some information.

Check all of your ground connections. We usually make things harder than they really are. When fuses blow quickly almost always shorting to ground in any wiring

Where are all the grounds I should check. How many are there, I don't see it in the manual.

For starters check around all the parts you removed in replaced. Do visual on all wiring around parts that might have gotten pinched. It might be a hot wire pinched shorting on body part or frame
