I went with profile laced on my RKC and it is definatley the right choice. Great looking and much easier to clean than the stepped regular laced rims.

I picked up a nail in my 04 RK Custom early this Summer on my way to work after riding through a construction area.

I pulled the nail out, stuck a plug in it(I carry a tiny plug kit with me at all times)& pumped it up with a tiny 12v compressor I carry with me.

I had it fixed & down the road so fast I wasn't even late for work. There was no need whatever for a tow truck.

Laced wheels can be sealed and tubeless. BTW only you can know if you made the right choice on your wheels. Others can only offer opinions on their ownpreferences. That Harley is F'n Yours.
