I've done searches on here and google etc and I cant seem to find it...Can someone tell me where the plug is or better yet, anyone have a picture?

Yeah Iv'e been digging down there and can't seem to find it...Thats why I wanted to make sure thats where its supposed to be and that it looks like a plug with an orange tip...

It will be the opposite of what you described. The plug with the orange tip would plug into the part you are looking for.
Generally the plug you are looking for will have a rubber weather plug plugged into it to protect it. So look for the black rubber weather plug.

check inside your electrical side covers I have moved a few over into that space to clean up the battery well as well some guys have cut them off so keep an eye for that also. Remove the battery and you will most likely find the plug and it will generally have that rubber boot cap in it most of the time if not just look for the plug it has 4 pins inside of it male pins female plug.
