Was that the harley or Iron Cross model? Mine was all plug and play, no pins to install on the street glide.

Update for those that are interested. Spoke with Tony at Iron Cross today. Went thru my issue, told him the steps I took to try and resolve and he said its probably the module. Didn't give me any grief, apologized, and said to return it and they will send me a new one. Going to fed ex it today and he seems to think he will have another out to me tomorrow. So far, very satisfied with the customer service.

Great to hear there working with you, sucks it wasn't a quick fix or easy install mistake, blown fuse that could have been replaced easily or something along that line. Like to hear how the replacement does.

Here's some pics, one of the box with the instructions stuck on the outside and a couple of the paper from in the box. It would be pretty hard to pick the wrong wires.

I had the same picture on my box as well as instructions. I know I had the right wires and I know, because I used a tester, the T taps were hot. We'll see. Sent it back to them today. Should arrive by thursday.

I have noticed a weird problem with my HDPDPLUS. If I am listening to the FM Radio and all I do is plug my iPhone in, the reception turns into static. If I unplug the iPhone it works perfect again. Can someone check theirs and see if it does the same thing. Don't change the modes, just leave your radio on FM and then plug your iPhone in and tell me what happens to the reception.
