If I had the cash- ( not by a long shot LOL ) i think it would be interesting to compare my current ride that has SE pro super tuner on it which has been tuned, and then do a Tmax on it, do a dyno run chart on both tuners, and see how they compare as well as how it feels on the road per each, and note mpg over same roads over a tank of fuel each.
As i noted, I have had a Tmax, currently using SE tuner on my RK.

 

Thanks for all the input. Lots of opinions and suggestions, which is exactly what i wanted. It seems like dyno tuning is not the way to go. Each tech has their on idea of what is right, regardless of experience. I believe i will give thunder max a try...........................thanks to everyone

 

I just installed it last week. Very easy. I down loaded the map and fired it up. I took it for a ride this weekend and no popping or pigging. It runs perfect. I may tweek the ignition advance in the future, but it really isnt needed. I think its worth the money.

 

I'm on my 2nd TMax, had one on my previous bike and loved it, so now I have another one, I just had my motor modified, so I guess I'll get a chance to really try it out soon.
