Grats... having taken delivery of mine in August this year and riding the @$%# out of it for 4 months prior to winter (i cry everytime i think of putting it away) i have already dropped some cash and still have a list of 10 things i want. the only catch is everything is stacked in the garage waiting to be done or put on still I will have a fun and busy spring...
Congrats on the new ride, you're going to love it.
ORIGINAL: Fly Fast
I will install the Ride-Str8 this week. Talked to Dan the designer for a while. This looks like a better brace then the True Track. His designed is 2â closer to the swing arm, giving it a shorter arm (leverage) which makes it easier to control the twist, or torque.
One thing though on this comment, I think that both are good components, and do a very well at their intended purpose, but one is not better than the other.
In fact, for me, I cannot use the Ride-Str8 because it replaces the left side passenger floor board mount.
My wife is not tall, and I have the use the Adjustable Passanger Mount so that her feet are at comfortable height.
Road again today. This is way too much fun. Slowly building up for longer rides. I have Osteoarthritis in the hips, so it takes a while to get back to spreading my legs that far. Oh the little things we take for granted. It is getting better, and I will get back my riding legs.
