stopped for coffee before work and pulled up next to a street glide done up in realtree camo... looked like a professional job.. guy said he sent the stuff in to realtree for 2k... wanted a different look..
i asked.. that the blue bike you got a couple of years ago? yep, says he.. apparently he thought there were too many cobalt blue bikes around...
that bike really blends in.. wanted to take a picture but didn't have time..
what say you about a professionally painted realtree camoflauge streetglide?
I say BARF! I don't like custom paint, murals, dragons, skulls, wizards, etc. Kills the resale & evokes an image. Harley has the best lookin' paint in the business;why screw with it?
IMHO I don't care for anything but black paint, but I love what people do with their paint when they have the ***** to make the bike their own. Just hope he doesn't lose it if he parks by a forest!

If MoCo could release a good looking green I wouldn't have to re-paint it. No argument that they do the best paint though. Been to the factory in York a few times and they show you what they go through on paint as well as what the paint will hold up to. If I could get Harley to do my custom paint there is no question I would.
