Made one out of .032 Sheet Metal and painted it black..works great...

My 03 manual mentions nothing of this and I don't think the bike came with the baffle. I did put one on several years back and am going to take it off.

It was first introduced in 1979 believe it or not, probably hasn't changed since then, so it has been carried over from shovels to Evos and now twincams! It's probably earned a spare hole.....
