Tru duals will definately help, especially directing some of the heat away from her right leg. Good luck.

I have an 07 street glide and was having heat issues. Really felt it through the seat. Figured out the rear cylinder exhaust bracket was broke which caused the Y pipe to crack which resulted in a direct deposit of heat on my junk and out the sides to my wifes feet as well. Hope this helps.

Catless exhaust seems to be in your future. Good luck.
+1 on the Syn, all I use in all my rides.

No Clothes? No Ride... It's that simple. The controls are in my hands and I wear the pants....and you will too.

As for the bike...lots of good advice so far. I noticed a big reduction in heat with true duals and a good tune.

Our Crotch coolers have more coverage and seem to work better than the competition.Your seat is also cooler as it is a solid piece of leather that does go under your seat, that will create a barrier. We did a rally this weekend and I was installing our crotch coolers.I had removed a set of RJs, a set of the Kury,s,and put a set over the HD shields because they were to difficult to remove at the time. The people all commented on how well our product worked, and after watching me install the crotch cooler how easy it was..
