By chance do you know the part number?

My HD lids came with them already installed.

All I needed to do to install, was to remove the old lids from the hinge, and screw the new lids on.

Apparently, based on ladnar's experience, the color-matched lids come fully assembled. The primed lids which I bought, come with the gasket, strike plates, and latch plates separate; probably, to fascilitate painting the lids so those parts can be installed after paint.

As for the screws for installing the grilles, they're a hi-lo screw (two different thread dimensions)--their specs are in the install instructions--whether your local hardware store stocks or not, I wouldn't know. Bought the HD screws and washers to have one less trip to the hardware store looking for equivalent parts.
