I'm stuck with a leaky shock, and NO reply from Tony at all. They even stopped
sending out the automated email reply message! All that they said in the beginning about being there for the customers, and making things right, is that all out the window now?
I'm especially unhappy about the fact that they don't even have the decency to reply to their customers. When they offered the special, Tony even called me and we spoke for a while, and he seems like a good guy, but this recent loss of comunications is disturbing, and very unprofessional to say the least.
I stated that due to the stiff ride, and my poor back after having 6 surgeries, I really wanted a refund, but looks like I'm in the same boat as all of us here, NO reply at all.
Just a simply reply, or a thread letting us know what's going on would help a little.
I guess time will tell, if these guys will support their customers like they should, and stay in business, or just hang it up as a dismal failure.
Please contact us Tony!
I gave up and packaged the system back up. I emailed them on returning itand they told me to ship it back for a refund and they would contact me when they got it for credit card info to return the funds. I shipped it back to them and it was recieved by them on Dec 26th 2006. I am waitnig for them to contact me to finish up what was said. Hope to hear from them this week. Well they did call me today 1-2-07 and refunded my purchase which was good of them. Wished them luck with everything.
