I ride a 2008 Ultra, I changed the Throttle by wire and it was bad, figured that would fix problem but it hasn't still getting codes. I spoke to a tech at my local HD shop and he said check the wiring on left side along the neck that sometimes a wire gets smashed by forks and will break a wire so it doesnt always make contact anyone else fighting this problem, if so could you give me a lil elp where to start.

 

Try unplugging the throttle body and gently cleaning both sides of the connectors and applying dielectric grease on both sides before re assembly. This is where my 08 was giving me trouble about 2 years ago. There is a tech bulletin that any HD tech worth his salt should be aware of, it is HD TT418 ,concerning this issue.

Also you can check the connections , if there is not a good contact it will also cause these codes.
