Default Clutch VPC

I read an old thread about installing a VPC through the derby in about 20 minutes. This is in reference to slipping clutches. Can someone tell me what a VPC is please? Who makes it? Is it designed to stop slipping or make it easier to pull in the clutch? I have no problem with clutch pull, just slipping. Thanks

It will not make the pull easier. Its actually slightly harder to pull the higher the RPMs. It will make the clutch stop slipping at higher RPMs. About 3k and above. Its made by aims.

Just installed mine over the weekend. The benefit of using the AIM VPC in a 103/107" build is that it will allow you to use your stock diaphram spring vs. using the 330/380# hd clutch spring which has a quite stiffer pull. Anything bigger than a 107" and you'd want to use the AIM + hd spring ....

I use one and my clutch cable feels like it's broken compared to stock.

That's exactly how I'd describe my clutch lever action too ...
