Andrews 26g....just cut the pushrods....I have all the tools. I bought an inner cam bearing remover/installer combo for $85 on another forum. Doing a 95" also.
Hey, do you know of a source where I could get a set of those tools for that price too?...or was it a one time thing?
I priced them through george's garage and they will run me about $150.00 for the inner bearing puller and installer with a set of oil pump alignment pins. I have to swapmy set of gear drive cams by spring, so I'll be getting the tools one way or another; but I'd like to save some money.
I have alomost 20K miles on my 05 Ultra. When should I be checking the cam chain tensoners? May also be interested in renting the necessary tools to change to 26G cams.

I'd consider checking them this winter. I have seen ones worn out in 20k miles.
I've been asked a couple of times about the inner cam bearing remover/installer that I have. The guy that makes them is Gary Beatty. He makes them for TC88 and EVO's. The price is $85 for it and $2.50 extra if paying buy paypal. His email addy is beattygw@sbcglobal.net.
If you are renting tools the one to go through for a good deal is Perry Barth. He has a couple of sets of cam and big bore tools available and rents them at a really good rate. His email addy is pbarth@cableone.net After the initial $250 deposit it will end up costing you only about $60 like xxxflhrci stated above.
