From what I remember. that Allan head bolt that holds the pads in are a standard right hand thread and not left hand. Here is a pdf that I did a while ago to help others. That pin has a spring clip on it that must be removed first or it threads inside of the caliper and is stainless steel wire.

This is what I got out of your post. If you are in the South FLA area give a call and we can mill out the bolt, re thread it and send you on your way.

Just a thought here, can you take the caliper off and grab the pin from between the brake pads with a pair of needle nose vise grips and turn it out that way?
