Yesterday I had the "stealer" install a Smart Security system on my 08 FLHX. Once installed the red key light stayed on after the bike was started. I asked the mechanic why it was on and he said that it was an error light. I explained to him that it had never been on before, so he put it on the computer and it showed that there was a wiring issue with the radio controls, however the light was never on before the smart security was installed. His comment was I don't know what to tell you... some help he was! After all they are the dealer. Please advise.

 

Find another dealer that cares.

 

take it back and make it right.....
