Default 2003 ultra classic speaker switch
Just recently had problems with 3 position speaker switch. Forward/off position or position three, blows radio fuse and stereo is dead. Position 2 can hear stereo and all speakers all ok. Any similar stories.... Is it the switch or wiring??? Do not want to have to take to stealer

Could be a wire is chaffed and making contact and when you put it in the position that the controls that wire, it blows the fuse. I'd start by chasing the wires first.

I guess I was looking for easy fix and not having to chase. All was good till fall. Took bike apart for some paint and tlc however was not into switch compartment now boom. I guess I will have to look see.

Did you mess with the switch housings up on the bars?
