I wanted the adapter black and the one without the thermo only came in polished aluminum, so thermo it is. Hey it's gonna look the way I want it to and circulating very cold oil while its warming up even if its only for a short time doesnt appeal to me.

I recently installed the fan assisted oil cooler with thermostatethe and anti rotation bracket on my 0808Ultra ULTRA pretty straight forward as advertised.Thanks Jagg

Run 10 row low mount with outthermostat or fan great set up, with synthetic oil you dont need the thermostat something else to go wrong. defintely get anti rotation device.Works great and cools great.

Well, it looks like I'm going the t-stat route. I was able to get a new (bought but never installed) t-stat adapter on ebay for $95/shipped. Figured that was only about $10 more than a non t-stat model thru HDP. Figure if the MoCo uses a t-stat in their cooler it can't be all bad ....

Probably wise....Jagg tells me they last forever and it only makes sense not to circulate cold oil until it needs cooling....but to each his/her own.

I've been thinking about an oil cooler for my bike too. Even when I ride in 40 degree temps my oil runs 230-235 degrees. The hottest I've ever seen was 243 degrees. (I do run a synthetic oil). What kind of reduced temps do you Jagg owners see after installation? Thanx.

I got 30 degree drop with low mount 10 row jagg. My opinion 235 is nothing would if that is as hot as it gets. Lots of riders run @ 260 all day with sun.
