An 88"/95" with the SE mods you describe should smoke a stock 103" if it's tuned properly.

There are countless variables, but the shorter stroked 88ci motor is a better platform to build HP with. The 103ci longer stroked motor is a better platform to build TQ with.

That is not to say with the right cams you can't build great hp or tq with either one.

TQ gets you going, HP keeps you pulling.

You will most certainly take the stock 103" bike. That is my opinion, and I'm sticking to it like glue.....
