For peace of mind I change my tubes and rim strips every time I change my tires. If you figure it out cost per mile it is cheap insurance.

Dude, you need to find an Indy. One that I use charges me $25.00 to change a tire with it on the bike. I NEVER have work done at a dealer unless I am stuck away from home. Then again my bike is way out of warranty. Regardless, it doesn't matter who changes your tires.

We always recommend changing tubes when changing tires.

I remember the good old days when, if you bought the tire at the dealer, they would mount and balance it for free.
Those days are looooong gone I guess.

Good decision to replace the band and tube though.
