Does anyone know of any wnidshield pouches that fit with the Harley fairing dash pad? I'd like to have somethig to hold some small items to have handy like, money for tolls.

I don't know of any Windshield Pouches that will fit while using the dash

My HD double pouch works great! Instructions/catalogs said it wouldn't fit but it fit just fine with NO MODIFICATIONS at all. Bought it here on this forum too.

Loosened the outer fairing, lined up the clips on the pouches and buttoned it all back up. Voila!

I have the normal HD brand three pouch on my SE which has the padded dash. A bit of a tight fit on first install but good cause it keeps it from vibrating against the windshield.

Hog Tunes I see makes a pouch for use with their tweeter pod, which is about the same size as the padded bar...Check it out...

I believe Hogtunes sells a Saddleman unit I've been looking at for my '06 CVO Ultra. It's designed to fit above their tweeter pod which appears to be about the same size as the dash pad.
