Default cross over pipe

ive read on nightrider.com and ther places, that the cross over pipe gives our bikes more power.....so what is the advantage of true duals?......thanks

Looks, Sound even out each side of the bikes pipes and for me the biggest, Even heat distribution.

And if you pick the pipes with a continous outer heat shield, Hard Krome T-Rex 3" true duals you won't have to worry about the boot heal on your right foot melting on bare head pipe from lack of stock heat shielding around your right floor board!

And not to mention they don't have any clamps, they are a solid one peice pipe for each side.

If you can tell much of a seat in the pants power/torque gain with true dual,then your wearing different pants then I have!

I did it for the sound and looks. Wife likes it for the lack of heat.

I went with true duals for looks, sound, and the heat issue. I'm only Stage I and not any major difference in performance gain/loss.
