I ride a 98 FLHT that has the HD Radio/Cd in dash. I want to upgrade the sound. I am thinking about adding the Rockford Fosgate PBR300X2 to run only the fairing speakers.....no rears. Does this make sense to those that know more about this than I and do you offer speaker recommendations for this amp and vintage of fairing?

I just installed the Kicker PS5250 in my 2012 Street Glide. They sound much better than the stock speakers and do not distort when cranking past 50% like the stock speakers did. I am not running an amp.
