'06 FLHRCI, stock seat - not cutting it. I tried my buddy's Mustang seat out for a while, and loved the seat, except it lifted me up too high - I was probably a 1/2" from being able to flat foot it on both sides at a stop. I'm only 5' 7", so I don't have a lot of room to play with here
I see lots of reach seat options out there, but I don't want to be closer to the controls, I just want something with a little better padding but without lifting me another 2" off the ground.
I have an '11 Street Glide, and I went with the CVO Street Glide seat. Very happy with it, and a lot less money than some of the aftermarket seats. Check out what CVO seats are available for '08 and back.
