I'm getting a 2012 RKC in a couple months when I can start riding again and one of the few first things I want to do is of course Stage 1 AC and exhaust with tuner and dyno. From what I've read and a buddy at Red Rock Harley I am def going with the Fullsac X pipe header. I'm debating on mufflers though....so who has the x pipe and what mufflers are you running. I want loud and deep but of course good power gains. My buddy at the dealer said they've seen good numbers and sound with the Bassani and x pipe set up and I've read a lot of people saying the CFR is good. I'm also considering Samson slash cuts. Anyone running any of these set ups with numbers or sound clips? Also, does anyone have the Oil Bud Oil Cooler and does it work with the J&S jacks w/o problems. I saw on the site they used a red Craftsman but I know the J&S has a wider stance. Thanks fellas
Bama the fullsac is a good pipe but you may want to get the c pipe which has a bigger tube on it than the B pipe. CFR's are loud and deep. Go to youtube and listen. I've heard them on a couple of bikes and they sound awesome if you like, did I say loud.

I have the Fullsac on my 2012 EG Ultra.
Stock mufflers...that produced only a slightly deeper sound but no real increase in volume.
Fullsac quiet baffle re-cores with the same pipe and got a bit more volume and slightly deeper sound.
FWIW, I saw a bit of decel pop with both mufflers after the x-pipe install (even with the stock HD map - seems the x-pipe reduces back pressure and may account for my issue). I've also added the TTS tuner and have just about completely eliminated the decel pop.
I have the new Fullsac X pipe "C" model. I originally put my SuperTrapp FatShotz on with it but then changed to the Rush Racing 4" Big Louie slip on's. It flows very well. The mufflers I chose have a 2.25 inch baffle which works good with my 103. Very nice rumble, I get compliments on the sound of the system frequently.

What is the "C" model, I don't see it on their web site
They have a D now as well. It has the full pipe on the crossover underneath. I spoke to them today and they said if you were not going to change the cam then you would be OK with sport pipe, dyno'd at less than 1 hp of the xpipe and $200 cheaper.
I have the new Fullsac "D" pipe with full size cross over. I have run stock muffllers re-cored with 2.25 and 2.0 Fullsoac cores. The 2.25 was a little loud, and the 2.0 is just right. 2.0 also dynoed 5 hp better....

I live where Dynoje'ts main factory and service center is located.
The local tuners here are most familiar with, and receive excellent support from Dynojet, so I went with the Power Vision. I have also had excellent luck with Power Commanders on other bikes in the past.
