Default More Power

I have owned a Harley for many years, 03 FLHTI, love my bike, got it looking like I want it to look, just started to do much of the maintenance my self. Not qualified to do what I am asking about, but like much of us, I want more power now, what are some of the less expensive ways to achieve this, without buying a high end motor, as times are tight. Thanks for any info.

Call fuel motot they are great, you can do a stage 1, hi flow air cleaner, tuner, hi flow pipes for around $700. 15% more H 15 % more torque. easy bolt on stuff with instructions, Jamie at fuel moto is great and will help you through the process. Just did it to my road king was well worth it.

Well there is air cleaner, exhaust and tuner. Then Cams. After that big bore, heads and stocker. There is no cheap HP but after cams, the bang for the buck starts dropping off fast.

Would this be a project a beginner like my self could handle? Never done a project like that before.

1) Stage I A/C and your choice of pipes
2) Big bore 95" pistons matched to your seasoned bored cylinders
3) Harley 203, or Andrews 26 cams
4) Tuner, ( many from which to choose.)

You currently have about: Horsepower in the 60's, Torque in the 70's

You will now have: Horsepower in the 80's., Torque in the 90's

Very reliable and not a lot of money!

maybe all you need is a rive ratio change.....might want to look into changing your forward and rear sprockets.
