limited down to a possible TBW problem ! pulled the codes and got the following ,got codes :

P1510 Throttle actuator control limited performance
P2122 twist grip position sensor 1 low/open
P2127 twist grip position sensor 2 low/open
P2138 twist grip position sensor correlation error

Should i just get a new sensor !! and tear back again !????

tried resetting it (Ign 4 times on/off)

 

I would go back in and check all the wiring connections, any splices, or any possible pinched wires, these things do easily happen when working with the bars with TBW.

 

found it ! a TBW wire was cut

Taking it apart again !!!
