When I'm doing 80, I'm hittin' 3 K and at times find myself lookin' for another gear.
Wouldn't mind having a baker 7, but then I'd probably be lookin' for another gear @90. The bike runs that good. LOLOL..

I've been riding since the 60s and have owned bikes with 3, 4, 5 and 6 speeds. I've looked for another gear on all of them! Don't be fooled, you don't need any more, just accept it as a fact of life.

At 2600rpms I am going right at 68mph.. But I'll add I didn't like 6th gear till I added the cams, it always felt like even the stock stg1 motor was under powered to run in 6th to me.

It's the reason I came back to Harley Davidson, if anyone else was offering it I would of had more choices. I am very glad there were no other choices and after being gone for 10 + yrs It's very nice to be back.
