I didn't like the stock tank medallions that came on my Street Glide, so I decided to replace them. I kept hitting my knee on the back edge of the stock ones. I got the part numbers for the SE Road Glide medallions and used these instead. Looks better and are out of the way.

i am shocked. there seems to be much less restrictions on the newer se parts than there have been in years past. i would have thought for sure there was no way to get those medallions....
oh, and it does look good. wanna take bets on how long before someone asks about your 'cvo'?
I got the medallions from Lakeshore Harley. They cost $40/medallion and are heavier than they look. Much better look than stock and they go with the other skull collection on the bike already. I think as long as you have the $$, you can get any SE part you want.
I guess I'm the odd one, I've always liked the badge on the FLHX, had thoughts about putting them on my bike at one time, I'm not crazy about the decal. If I had a CVO, I would remove them because I don't care for skulls.
