I will need to replace the rear tire soon. I'm debating between dunlop (oem) and Metz me880.
I would like to hear from those who have actually had the Metz on their touring bikes.

I had 18 k on my dunlop oem on my 10 sg 3/32 was still left. It had a lil cupping when i changed it.was happy with the dunlop and replaced it with the same

 

I change my tires as I feel the tread is not as deep as I would like it to be, ta hell with what kind of mileage I get on them. Metzler's have taken me through some pretty bad situations and are noted for being "sticky". They are a little noisy but they grip and thats what I want on a bike .

Thank you for your inputs. I decided and just ordered a Metz ME 880 marathon. I guess anything will be better than my worn out stock tire!
