"The left baffle with the cone was changed out before the dyno tune so now they are identical but sound horrible"
Understood.....my bad.
I run the 4" as well(with a Jackpot 2/1/2 header) Very happy with it, but it was too loud for me, so I put the "quiet baffle" in, and now very pleased with the performance and sound.

Jeff
That's probably what I would've done too Jeff but the quiet baffle is for the 2:1:2 set up like yours, Jamie told me I'm outta luck since they don't make a 1.75" baffle. Right now my hopes lie within Nightsticks or Fatshotz. Don't know the difference but those sound like they might fit my needs.
Good luck, hope the new exhaust works out! Nice thing about the Supertrapp made mufflers you're looking at, is you can try different combo's of discs, to suit your sound/performance needs.
