i did not remove cat because of possiable cross talk with o2 sensors that i read on here thats why i was thinking of going with the bigshots it a full system
Is cross talk an issue with the 02 sensors because i have found stock pipes at good deals and i can remove cats from ,but why waste my time if it will create problems and the bigshots is a full exhaust set up correct? Or am i missing something?

I removed the cat from a buddy of mines head pipe. We was worried about the same cross talk possibilities with the stock head pipe. My buddy contacted Bosch. They make the O2 sensors for HD. Bosch says they reccomend the O2 sensors to be twice as far apart as the diameter pipe they are in. I measured the amount of pipe that separates the o2 sensors inside the stock headpipe with the cat removed. That measurment is 4 1/4 inch. This more than accomadates Bosch recomendations. The headpipe was installed & my buddy tuned the bike with TTS Mastertune. The bike runs great with no cross talk. I dont know where all this cross talk theory originated, but according to the manufactor of the O2 sensors it should not happen with the configuration of the stock headpipe. I am sure the collector in the stock headpipe does not optamize performance as well as some aftermarket pipes do, but I believe all this cross talk stuff is BS! If I had of known what I know now I would most likely have saved my money on the headpipe. Just passing on what I have recently learned. Hope it helps someone out there.
