rear speaker wiring??
Now, if you want to add anything to the Harley H/K radio (and it is not an Ultra), you must first install the Non-Ultra Overlay Harness (Part No. 70169-06). You will need this to have the "Plug-N-Play" for anything you want to add.
You wanted to add stock speakers with the switches to your Tour Pak on a '08 Electra Glide. You will need to add the rear speaker harness. This will give you a "Plug-N-Play" you are looking for with the ability to use the switches on the speaker housings using the factory wiring. Now this is for use with the H/K radio Only. MSRP for this speaker harness is $97.99. Just watch eBay for those harnesses to come up.
Next, to be able to use the "Fader" controls, already in your radio, you will need the "Fader" download from you local dealer. Harley does not charge the local dealer for this download, but some dealers do charge to install it. If you are on good terms with your local dealer, you should be able to get this at no additional charge. I asked for it when I had mine in for a regular service. It was installed at no additional charge.

You'll note that as an alternative to using the non-Ultra overlay harness referenced by Ultra89, you can use Radio Harness 69200106--this is a much less expensive and cumbersome harness to the NUOH which includes wiring and connectors for rider headset/passenger headset/CB/XM etc.--the 69200106 doesn't include this wiring or connectors.
Also, if you want to consider using non-HD tour pak pods, you can supply the wiring you need using info in this thread:

Good luck with your project if you get past the "thinking about" phase.
