I don't post in here often but I want to let you know of my **** poor experience with KC International Motorcycle Supply. Back on 9 April I ordered a mammoth wheel from these ******. Long story short, I still have no wheel and no refund! They don't answer emails and can't seem to say anything worthwhile over the phone. I called about 3 or 4 times asking for an update and all I would get was "another week.". Finally, I canceled my order over a week ago and they still haven't refunded my $500. Their web address is www.kcint2.com. I'd advise you all to stay away from these tools!

I have had GREAT SERVICES them every time I have ordered from them.
I have ordered from them, several times.
NO ISSUES.

I bought some DNA Mammoth spokes for my last bike from them , it took longer than they said do to the fact they don't stock them so it depends on DNA's supply on hand when you get them , they arrived a few weeks later than promised , great price and worked well , I'd order from them again

FYI, you get more flies w/sugar so I'd say call & kill w/kindness. As a person working IT customer support - the users who call in complaining get put on hold & forgotten...

I think Ice has it right.
Be nice. They got your $$$.

You coming on here in this forum and bad mouthing them may be justified to you, as if in some way this will actually hurt/harm them financially, which it may, but it will probably not help you get your money back any quicker, will it?

I have had many experiences with "support" types who left me hanging, and it's no laughing matter.

That kind of "customer service" is becoming waaaaaay too common these days....some complaints are legit. The dirty little secret is, companies that don't treat customers with respect end up losing them. Life's too short to put up with that foolishness.

Which is why so many people hate IT customer support.

As a paying customer he has a RIGHT to be treated correctly. Not to get abusive though but, many traders forget that without customers they have no business.
