Ok, so after reading the responses, a few weeks ago my wife and I rode out to one of the local shops to take a look at the Street Glide and the E-Glide Classic. After checking out both, my wife pointed to one not in the line-up and said, "I like this one instead." So it looks like we're in the market for an Ultra Classic now. How could I say no... We'll probably be going in the next week or twoto see what they can do for us on a deal.
Thanks again to all who responded. If any one has anything they recommend as an immediate need for a new Ultra, speak up. Don't worry, chrome is in the plans and I'm looking at options for pipes now.
