Reminds me of a lawsuit I heard about years ago against the MoCo for the "dangerous" design of the tank-mounted console. Apparently the rider was approaching a curve with his throttle cable friction screw set to "cruise". Failed to negotiate the curve, 'cuz he wasn't fast enough backing-off the screw, and basically ripped his 'nads off sliding fwd over the tank in the subsequent crash.
They certainly need a warning label for folks to understand the risk to their privates by employing the throttle cable friction screw! Can't believe somebody didn't anticipate that!
