XACTLY! More like an addicting narcotic to me. Tried them in 1973, been addicted ever since. I even went through the 12 kick program with all my shovelheads, you would have thought that would cure me, but NOOOOOOO, habit is worse than ever. Will it never stop!?!?!?! I sure hope not!

I disagree:
I hate Scotch and I loved the Harley from the first time I ever sat on one.

IN a pinch, back in the day I would drink just about anything, even bad scotch. Well for many years being booze hound I aquired a taste for bad scotch. I know, scotch is ment to be savored, well I had no time for that, or to figure out that what I real bike was. Point is that A good scotch Mcallens or a something like it, is expensive. My harley addiction, from being aware and on the planet earth, has been way more expensive, but I dont mind, at least remember buying the parts.. Shinny side up!

Acquired a taste for both later in life, so still an apt analog for me. Was Oban and a WG - both expensive and a little rough around the edges. Now it's more like MacCallan and the RK - bigger and a bit smoother - and also still quite expensive.
