If I go on a long trip I throw some tools from the box in the bag. Id like to get a nice set to stay on the bike. Did someone say Craftsman made one? I aint springing for that snap on one, thats for sure.
Question for those that have a 2009 Glide with the factory tool roll--- with the driver shank did you get a double ended torx bit only to fit it, or did it come with another bit of some description?
I may or may not be missing something.
Thanks!
I think tool kits coming with bikes is a more recent phenomena. My friends with '03s '06's and '07s didn't get one. But I would have to check with my friends with newer models.

Thanks very much-- I thought something was missing but the selling dealer just didn't want to even take the time to look into it when I questioned the matter.
It's small stuff and I carry a far better tool kit with all the phillips/torx/allen bits that I may need anyway-- but it's the principle of the matter that ch1ts me.

Came in handy for me once, changed out the shifter peg, for got to put lock tight on it, it came lose on an exit ramp, had it in the back and I had no other tools. Now, I always carry a small tool kit, two tubes of tight, flash light and a first aid kit. Live and learn.
