The big brown truck showed up. Replacing the OEM Dunlops after 20,000 mileson my 09 RG. Having the local dealer install them Friday AM, 1 hour labor charge per tire.
Picked them up from American Motorcycle Tire for $288, no taxes/no shipping.
Will report back after I put on some miles this holiday weekend.
I am at about 3000 miles or so now and LOVE mine. I was advised the same so I took it easy for a while then each day pushed them a little harder in the curves and they are a GREAT tire. Enjoy them, wont be hard to do.

I have them on my EG!Got 1600 miles on them,no wear and they are stickier then dunlops. But i picked mine up for 200 for the pair they were pushing them.
I run Avons most of time but am real happy with them so far!!The only draw back is i didnt look before i bought them and they dont make a 18 inch and i have an 18 im putting on mine maybe they will start making one before i need new front!!
I just had these put on my bike (front and back), balanced with Dyna Beads and am very happy with them.
I know it's easy to give a rave review about new tires vs old ones, but so far the thing I've been most impressed with is that they do NOT follow groves in either cement or pavement !

Looking forward to your report. I wish these were available in 18" and 19" sizes that would fit my Agitator wheels. My 18" rear Dunlop started cupping after about 5k miles and now sounds like an off road truck tire when I lean any in either direction. I refuse to pay $300 to replace it with the same tire. I'm almost to the point of putting my stock wheels back on until someone comes out with tires to fit!

I'm in no way questioning your choice but I'm curious. You are switching from a Dunlop that gave you 20,00k, most of which I'm assuming was good service. (you didn't complain about them) What made you decide to go this way, as I said, I'm just curious as to the reasons.
